Where to learn to play guitar online

When we spend so much of our time online, we’re bound to learn something while clicking and scrolling. Discover something new with Mashable’s series I learned it on the internet.

Like any skill, mastering the guitar takes practice. It’s easy to tell someone to take lessons to get better at something, but it’s not always easy to find those lessons, especially in person. It’s almost too easy. How many great guitar players are strumming away on YouTube? A lot. And you can learn from them. Learn from observation or find channels specifically dedicated to teaching lessons. You can look around to find the teacher/musical style/experience level that works for you — you can also find free guitar lessons — but here are a few channels and videos that can get you started.
