PS5 and Xbox Series X compatibility issues with Vizio TVs fixed with firmware update

If you’ve been having a problem with getting the PS5 to play nicely with your Vizio OLED or 2020 P-Series Quantum X, there’s some hope on the horizon: you should soon get a firmware update that will fix the TVs’ HDMI 2.1 issues.

According to Vizio, the firmware update began rolling out on Friday and fixes a number of issues – from 4K@120fps and 4K@60 on PS5, plus improves audio support for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
